    Install and use
    1. During installation, the coaxiality error between the pump shaft and the drive motor shaft should be ≤0.10mm and a flexible coupling should be used. The support structure should be firm, rigid, and able to fully absorb vibration. The pump shaft should be installed horizontally.
    2. Match the pipelines according to the size of the oil port, especially the oil inlet pipe, and install a safety relief valve in the system; the oil inlet pipeline must be strictly sealed to prevent air leakage, and the oil return pipe opening should be lower than the liquid level.
    3. Before starting the pump, check whether the inlet and outlet routes and the direction of rotation are correct. When the pump is newly installed or restarted after being stopped for a long time, the air should be released from the oil outlet. When starting, run at low pressure (1.5MPa).
    4. When the pump is installed higher than the oil level of the tank, the oil suction height is ≤500mm. It is best to keep the oil suction port lower than the oil level in the fuel tank. The positive pressure at the suction port should be ≤0.03MPa.
    5. Keep the oil clean, and the pipes and fuel tank must be thoroughly cleaned. Install a filter with sufficient capacity at a position above 50mm from the pump suction inlet to the bottom of the tank. The recommended accuracy is 100μm. A fine filter should be installed in the system, it is recommended to be 25μm and the oil cleanliness level should be within NAS12.
    6. The operating temperature of the oil should be controlled within the range of 15~55°C. When starting in severe cold and low temperatures, the oil should be heated, and the oil pump should be inched several times without load before running continuously without load.
    7. Pay attention to the viscosity and quality of the oil. It is recommended to use 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil when the ambient temperature is low.
    8. If you need to change the direction of the oil port, first remove the relevant pump body screws, be careful not to separate the left and right pump bodies, ensure that the heart piece rotates at a certain angle with the oil inlet, and then gradually tighten diagonally.
    9. After the entire pump is installed, rotate the pump shaft by hand. It should be even and flexible.
